The information in The DrPEN® Directory Primary Care
Edition contains the most commonly-used ICD-9 Codes in Primary Care and
may be used for coding purposes as well as for patient education.

sections 1. Diagnosis/Condition -

4. Pharmaceutical Companies - Most pharmaceutical companies make the Full Prescribing
Information required by the FDA available for their products on their
websites. Many also have excellent patient education information for the
conditions their products treat.
